Built in the late 1600s as a farmhouse, Malt Shovel House has also been known as The Malt Shovel Inn, and was a public house until the 1960’s. It is among the oldest properties in the village, and retains many original features.
Nowadays it is a cosy holiday cottage featuring an open log fireplace, a large, fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, (one with ensuite bathroom) and a deluxe family bathroom.
